Thermal Insulation

Technically, thermal insulation, or in other words sheathing, is the process that is done to reduce the heat transfer between two regions at different temperatures. In order to prevent heat losses on the building walls, the coating processes made with thermal insulation materials on the inner and outer walls of the building are called sheathing.

A lot of waste is made in buildings without thermal insulation, and these wastes cause serious damage to both our home economy and our country's economy. Saving in energy use is a great necessity. We can save a lot of energy by insulating the buildings we live in.

The materials used for thermal insulation today are thermal insulation plaster, eps styrofoam, xps foam boards and rock wool plates. Among these systems, thermal insulation plasters are the best and healthiest system in terms of application and material. The biggest difference of thermal insulation plasters from other jacketing systems is that they are completely natural in terms of the components they contain. It is an easily applicable heat insulation material without the need for additional materials and special labor.

In the sheathing processes made with thermal insulation plaster, the heat spreads to the environment in a balanced way, and events such as condensation, dampness and mold do not occur on the insulated walls. Another undesirable situation in buildings is corrosion. Our building walls are protected from external factors after insulation and do not corrode, which directly affects the life of our building and prolongs the life of our building.

Thermal insulation plasters are more advantageous than other jacketing systems due to these features. Since XPS foam boards, rock wool boards, eps styrofoam etc. systems are in polystyrene structure, they contain carcinogenic substances and seriously affect human health. With their water-holding structures, they lose their thermal insulation properties and become incapable of thermal insulation. Since they have a non-breathing structure, they are exposed to events such as condensation, humidity and mold. In addition, when they come into contact with flame, they ignite and produce toxic fumes. They are heavy materials, putting extra load on your building. For these reasons, the best and healthiest insulation material that we can apply in our buildings is Thermal Insulation Plaster.
